Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
When a visitor submits a name or case number through an embedded search tool, the query goes to the independent company operating that tool. The provider processes the request under its own practices and returns the result. Cleveland County Court Docket does not store those submitted search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
A message sent directly to the site may be kept long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or is needed to provide the requested response.
Data We Gather Automatically
Routine technical information reaches the hosting system when a visitor opens a page. That information can include:
- The visitor device's internet protocol address
- Browser name, browser version, and basic device category
- Operating system information
- Pages opened and approximate time spent with them
- A referring website, when one is provided
- The date and time associated with a page request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to support functions and measure broad use patterns, including frequently opened pages and navigation paths. Analytics vendors may aggregate this activity. A browser can reject or remove cookies, but some page features may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical and submitted information may be used for the following limited operational purposes:
- Operating, maintaining, and improving page performance
- Routing a submitted query to the provider selected by the search tool
- Measuring which Cleveland County resources receive useful engagement
- Detecting faults, abuse, and security problems
- Supporting advertising that may be selected from general activity or interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Cleveland County Court Docket does not host, maintain, sell, or assemble a personal court-record database. Its public material points to Search ARCourts, Cleveland County Circuit Clerk, and Cleveland County State District Court as the relevant official sources. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to judicial court records, and Administrative Order 19.1 governs required redaction of confidential information. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act applies to many records of public bodies, but it does not displace the Supreme Court's rules for judicial case files. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not turn visitor information into reports about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes on content pages may be supplied by unaffiliated companies. Information entered there is subject to the selected provider's privacy notice, retention period, disclosure terms, and security controls. Review those terms before submitting a query because Cleveland County Court Docket cannot direct how an outside service handles it.
Links to Other Websites
Some links open an Arkansas court, clerk directory, statewide portal, legal resource, or independent service. The destination's own privacy policy applies after a visitor leaves this site. Check that policy before sending personal information.
Advertising companies may use separate technologies to measure activity across websites and choose which advertisements to display.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold by Cleveland County Court Docket. Limited disclosure may occur to:
- A search provider chosen when the visitor submits its tool
- Analytics vendors measuring site traffic and reliability
- Advertising networks serving or measuring advertisements
- A court, law-enforcement body, or government authority acting through valid legal process
How We Protect Your Data
Administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information are used, but internet transmission and storage always carry risk. No online operator can promise absolute security or guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Users Under 18
Cleveland County Court Docket is intended for adults. It does not knowingly request personal information from anyone younger than 18. Information identified as having been collected from a minor will be deleted as reasonably practicable.
Your Data Rights
Privacy rights depend on the visitor's residence and the law that applies to the request. Subject to verification and lawful exceptions, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal information held by the site
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete eligible personal information
- Limit or opt out of processing when the governing law provides that choice
Updates to This Policy
A revised policy will be posted on this page and identified by its effective date. The version then displayed controls how information is handled from that point forward.
Effective date: August 14, 2026
